Here at the YES DISABILITY RESOURCE CENTRE we are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product please return it to us in original condition along with your receipt and indicate the reason for return. We will replace the item within 30 days or refund your purchase price using the original purchase method.

Unfortunately your postage charges on returns are not refundable. All returns / re-orders will be charged the standard delivery rate. To ensure optimal customer satisfaction on your re-order we recommend that you call us to reserve a style or colour if required.
All YES DISABILITY RESOURCE CENTRE stock is inspected to ensure the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However, if you do receive a product which is faulty please call us toll free on 0800 937 937 to arrange free return delivery or an exchange or refund.
Exchanges
Option 1:
There is a re-delivery fee for all exchanges (as indicated above), therefore, if you would like to exchange either size, style or colour, please indicate your requirements and include either cheque, money order or credit card details. Please do not re-use our courier bag. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are included. We cannot accept any pre-paid satchels, envelopes or stamps for re-delivery purpose.
Option 2:
You are welcome to exchange or return your order in person at the YES DISABILITY RESOURCE CENTRE, 3 William Laurie Place, Albany 0632, Auckland, provided you have the original receipt and credit card used for the original purchase. The returns and exchange conditions above also apply to the Yes Centre. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
