Delivery
We deliver by courier and a signature is required, therefore, we recommend you provide a work address. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and the parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office depot. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery within New Zealand (this is dependent upon availability of stock).
Delivery Fees
Auckland - $7.50
North Island - $10.00
South Island - $20.00 for items above 5kg. For items 5kg or less postage will be charged at $10.
(Excludes larger items like wheelchairs, walkers, beds, chairs etc.)
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible. However, a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Offers available while stocks last. When ordering by mail / fax, if items requested have sold out you will be notified. We reserve the right to verify orders, and that credit details supplied are bona fide. We also reserve the right to cancel any order and refund monies paid.
Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by email or phone, using the email address or numbers provided. Monies will be refunded using the original method received.
Stock Availability
All orders are subject to availability of stock and we will take
reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are
bona fide.
Guarantee
We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act and will accept returned merchandise as covered by the act. We value your custom and if you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to discuss the matter with you.
